ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
The subject of this Distance Sales Agreement is the sale and delivery of electronic products and accessories, the specifications and sales price of which are detailed below, ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's website www.keephone.com.tr , and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
ARTICLE 3 – ESTABLISHMENT OF THE AGREEMENT
- The buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood the entire contract and are aware of their rights and obligations.
- This agreement is deemed to be established upon the Buyer's electronic confirmation.
ARTICLE 4 – PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Bank transfer/EFT and cash on delivery options are not available.
ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY
- The product subject to this contract will be delivered to the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer, depending on the Buyer's place of residence, within a period not exceeding the legal limit of 30 days .
- If the product is to be delivered to a person other than the Buyer, the Seller cannot be held responsible if the recipient refuses to accept delivery.
- If payment for the product is not made or the order is cancelled after payment, the Seller's delivery obligation is terminated.
- If delivery becomes impossible, the Buyer will be informed and the amount paid will be refunded within a maximum of 3 business days from the Seller's receipt of the notification.
- The Seller is responsible for the product until it is delivered. If the Buyer chooses a carrier other than the Seller, responsibility passes to the Buyer upon delivery of the product to that carrier.
ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- The buyer may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@keephone.com.tr .
- When exercising the right of withdrawal, the product is returned to the Seller along with the invoice.
- The cancellation period begins from the date the last item is received for items delivered separately in a single order; and from the date the last item is received for orders consisting of multiple parts.
- The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared specifically for the individual or for products whose packaging has been opened and are in a condition that makes them unsaleable.
- Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of the seller receiving the cancellation notice.
- The Seller is not liable for returns if the product has been used in a manner contrary to the instructions for use or if it has been damaged.
- If the return is made using the carrier specified in the preliminary information, the return shipping cost will not be charged to the Buyer.
- The product must be returned to the Seller within 10 days of the cancellation notification date.
ARTICLE 8 – DEFECTIVE GOODS
- A defective product is one that does not conform to the contract at the time of delivery.
- The buyer can choose one of the following options: refund, exchange, discount, or repair.
- If the buyer purchases the product knowing it to be defective, then there can be no talk of a defect.
ARTICLE 9 – FINAL PROVISIONS
- The buyer acknowledges that they have read all preliminary information before placing their order.
- This agreement will be stored electronically for a period of 3 years from the date of its conclusion.
- The seller is responsible for delivering the product completely and in accordance with the order.
- In case of force majeure, the Buyer will be informed and the Buyer may cancel the order.
- Delivery will not take place without payment.
ARTICLE 10 – COMPETENT COURT
In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards shall have jurisdiction within the monetary limits determined by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction in cases exceeding these limits.
