PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM

This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, for the purpose of informing the Buyer before placing an order.

4. PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payment Method: Online payment (credit card and similar electronic payment methods)

Bank transfer/EFT and cash on delivery options are not available.

5. DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • Shipping Companies: DHL / Yurtiçi Kargo / Hepsijet / Sürat Kargo
  • The products will be shipped to the Buyer's delivery address within a period not exceeding 30 days , which is the legal limit.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on stock availability and the recipient's address.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

7. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Products prepared according to the consumer's wishes or personal needs.
  • Products that have been opened and cannot be resold.
  • Products that cannot be returned after delivery due to hygiene reasons.

8. RETURN INFORMATION

  • Products returned under the right of withdrawal must be unused and in a resalable condition.

  • If the return is made using the carrier specified in the preliminary information, the return shipping cost will not be charged to the Buyer.

9. COMPLAINTS AND REQUESTS

The buyer can submit any complaints and requests regarding the order and product to the seller via the email address support@keephone.com.tr .

10. APPROVAL

The buyer acknowledges and declares that they have read and understood all the information contained in this Preliminary Information Form, that they have been provided with the necessary information before placing an order, and that they have given their approval electronically.
