This Personal Data Protection Application Form has been prepared to enable data subjects to exercise their rights pursuant to Article 11 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

• To find out the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, whether domestically or internationally.
• Requesting the correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data.
• Requesting the deletion, destruction, or anonymization of personal data.
• The right to claim compensation for damages incurred due to an unlawful act.

4. Evaluation of Applications

Applications will be processed free of charge within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date the application is received by the data controller, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and related legislation.

However, if the application also requires a cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

5. Entry into force

This GDPR Application Form enters into force on the date of its publication on the keephone.com.tr website.
